This exceptional coffee was produced at Finca La Concepcion by Manuel Pereira, one of the leaders in Honduran specialty coffees. This coffee is produced by removing the cherry, but allowing the mucilage of the cherry fruit to dry and ferment into the coffee bean. This produces a wildly flavorful, almost sugary, coffee with strong fruit and floral notes.

  • Brewing Instructions: Measure 1g of coffee for every 16g of water. Heat water to 198-200f, and then brew using your method of choice.
