Honduran Paraiso SWP Decaf

We didn’t know it was possible to love a decaf as much as a full strength coffee until we found this one.

Made using the Swiss Water Process, this coffee is decaffeinated without the use of any chemicals, leading it to taste incredible and full where most have that flavor that led to the bad reputation of decafs. We have to roast it gently, which allows for the sugars on the surface of the bean to caramelize and develop a marshmallowy and creamy body that gives this coffee the perfect sweetness without anything added. We especially like it as an espresso, but it does well as a french press or pour over as well!

• ROAST PROFILE: Full City+ (Medium-Dark Roast)

• Brewing Instructions: Measure 1g of coffee for every 16g of water. Heat water to 204f, and then brew using your method of choice
