Sumatran Lintong (8oz)

Often mistaken for Sumatran Mandheling, this coffee hails from a different part of the Sumatran island and is known to be exceptionally better tasting and higher quality coffee. While Mandheling is often bitter and earthy, Lintong has a fantastic body and sweet and spicy flavor to it. We got brown sugar, rosemary. and overripe stone fruits throughout our cupping of this coffee, and find that the sweetness intensifies as the coffee cools and becomes much more complex.

Sumatran Lintong is best prepared as a French Press, where you’ll get a full body and small bit of crema from this naturally luscious bean.
