Description

This is a coffee to get really excited about!

Farmed by our friends at De La Finca Farms, this is one of the rarest and most special crops that Nelson and his crew have produced. This crop was given a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation after being honey processed in the sun, using only the most prized cherries of the lot and fermented longer than usual to give it an extremely juicy and unique flavor.

This coffee reminds us of a banana split sundae, with creamy banana and vanilla ice cream that’s cut by the acidity of sundae fudge and cherry syrup. In a clever dripper or pourover you’ll find that this coffee is a bit of a paradox — it somehow drinks heavy like there’s simple syrup in it while having a tea-like body at the same time. The sugars and fruit acids naturally occurring in this coffee are like no other, and the unique way it was produced was as delicious at it was labor intensive.

Available in extremely limited quantities.
