Our Tanzanian Iyenga is an excellent City+ (Medium-Light) roast with notes of concord grape, blackberry, and black tea. The body of the tea is juicy and light, with a natural sweetness that’ll intensify as the coffee cools down.
We’ve really loved this as a pour over, but it is equally enjoyable as a drip or french press.
