This coffee was decaffeinated using the sugarcane process, a chemical-free and zero waste way of safely removing the caffeine without affecting its flavor.
This coffee is delightfully sweet with notes of Fiji apple, nougat, and caramel. It is best enjoyed as a pourover.

- Brewing Instructions: Measure 1g of coffee for every 16g of water. Heat water to 198-200f, and then brew using your method of choice.
