If you know us at all, you know how hyped we get for light roast naturals.

This is THE one. Bursting with juicy fruitiness, this coffee has the brightest aroma of blueberry pie and drinks with an overwhelmingly sweet palate. You’ll get strawberry smoothie and blueberry pie up front, with an earthy fruitiness and lemongrass on the back of the palate.

In our initial cupping session we’ve never seen the staff unanimously approve a lot this quickly, and it was chosen over nearly a dozen Ethiopian and Colombians with fascinating processes. The heirloom varietal of the coffee bean creates something so special in this harvest we couldn’t think twice about bringing it on.

Best served 1-2 weeks after roast date.
